This build counts on you being somewhat a sharp shopper... But let's take a few things into consideration:

• This secondary weapon is a shotgun in a pistol's body; this means pellets, pellets, pellets. You get 27 minimum with Galvanized Diffusion and Lethal Torrent.
• You would have to be really a poor shot, or aiming at the floor to not get at least one on the head to trigger Galvanized Crosshairs. Keep in mind that the recoil in the [Detron] family kicks upwards, and keep that aim button pressed.

I recommend heat for this setup; at an unrealistic 60%, you can potentially bring up the paper burst DPS to 500K damage. Your mileage will vary.
This is CC overkill with Primed Target Cracker 187% with Galvanized Crosshairs, which can potentially rack up to 320% (120%(base)+200%(5 stacks)) which is [Pistol Gambit]'s base 120% CC and whatever your skill can take you.

With the secondary fire of the [Tenet Detron], unload the remainder of the magazine for a quick kill and rake up the multishot bonus from Galvanized Diffusion.

Secondary Deadhead is my recommended choice of arcane, even with a spray-and-pray setup. As long as one of the pellets hit the head as you kill the enemy, it will trigger Secondary Deadhead. You only need 3 stacks for an additional +360%. The great benefit to using Secondary Deadhead is that stacks reduce by one every 24 seconds, which is comfortable to run around and get another potential headshot.
