Testing out an all rounder build. Not sacrificing but not maxing any one specific area.

Build is focused on buffing melee damage and proc-ing arcane to maximize melee dmg potential.

Trying to get as much value in each category without sacrifices. Avoiding "fall-off" for the sake of maxing

130% efficiency (175% cap)

still maintaining default range
able to take finisher mod

some tankiness and invulnerability in-case of mess ups
