Some of you may have noticed some new mods that were added to the game with the Corpus Proxima/Railjack update. As of writing this, [Internal Bleeding]'s exact stats aren't in Overframe's database, but it adds a 35% chance to apply a Slash proc whenever you apply an Impact proc. This bonus is doubled to a 70% chance if your weapon's fire rate is below 2.5. This mod seems to be virtually MADE for the [Fulmin], as it has FORCED Impact status procs on its primary fire, and its fire rate is below the threshold to give it that 70% chance. This makes it far more effective than Hunter Munitions for applying Slash procs and gives the Fulmin some truly hard-hitting slash damage.

Now, I know I don't have the best [Fulmin] riven, but this is the exact stats and polarity I have on mine at the moment, and it's pretty solid. There isn't much I would change with this build, personally. You can definitely use [Amalgam Serration] if you'd like, and your results may vary with rivens. However, I especially don't recommend changing out [Primed Cryo Rounds] for [Rime Rounds], even for the extra status chance. The drop in DPS is pretty drastic and only gets you to about 35% status chance. I have a status chance of 25.6% and it works fine due to the multishot.
