This build requires very little management and can keep you alive up until lvl 150 enemies without having to worry much:

1. Press 3 (refresh occasionally)
2. Run up to the nearest group of enemies and press 2
3. Repeat step 2 a bunch of times until restraint is eroded enough
4. Press 4 & mash your quick attack button to obliterate

5. Use your 1 only if you need it.... there are no energy mods on this build so be careful of the drain from your 1
