Smite has an interesting mechanic where it does 35% of the target's max health divided between all of it's orbs. Low ability strength allows us to limit the orbs down to one which can make it consistently kill certain enemies when combined with damage increasing effects like Viral procs or an ally Breach Surge/Seeking [Talons]. We subsume a defensive QoL ability to help increase our survivability.
Quiver allows you to safely spam Smite against the target enemy with no threat of repercussion. Dispensary is another good choice on more passive builds. Null Star significantly increases your DR but the forced longer range from [Overextended] (which must be run on the build to lower ability strength) makes it inconsistent.
Reckoning is replaced as ability strength is too low to make use of the armor stripping.
Strength is low enough to fire a single orb from Smite but high enough that it doesn't round down to firing no orbs at all. We achieve this with [Power Donation], [Overextended] and [Power Drift] but the exilus can be replaced if you drop [Overextended] by a single rank.
[Streamline] is a flex mod that can be replaced with more Duration or QoL.
[Vitality] can be replaced with [Rolling Guard] against extremely high level content.
Arcane [Guardian] provides a large boost in survivability. It can be replaced with any other arcane to suit your playstyle.
