This [Loki] build focuses on using [Irradiating Disarm] to CC enemies and support your team while also having a decent amount of Duration to stay invisible. We subsume an additional CC ability to deal with enemies when they come into line of sight.
Ensnare is chosen because it allows you to pull large groups of melee enemies into small bundles after they come into your LoS. Larva and Resonator can also serve this purpose albeit at a slightly less efficient level.
Switch Teleport doesn't serve many purposes in a CC build like this and is usually replaced. Decoy can also be replaced if you're planning on using [Safeguard Switch].
[Irradiating Disarm] can be replaced with [Streamline] or another QoL mod if you're having issues with enemy pathing due to the Radiation effect on enemies.
[Rolling Guard] and Shield Gating combine to help you deal with unavoidable damage, like an unlucky Bombard rocket aimed at a teammate.
Arcane Strike is a placeholder here, as I frequently pair [Loki] with Melee weapons for stealth damage multipliers, especially as Radial Disarm forces enemies into Melee combat. You can replace it with another damaging Arcane of your choice.
