Use the [Amprex] to boost the damage of the [Venka Prime] and combine with [Nidus]' 2 for a lot of gas damage.
Use the [Zakti] to stagger enemies and finisher them to activate Arcane Ultimatum.
Use the [Venka Prime] as the main damage dealer. It relies heavily on the combo counter being up, so maybe use it with Niduses 2.
If you use [Nidus] correctly you can be a high damage, unkillable beast.
If you don't have an Umbra Forma or don't want to use it on [Nidus] the replace [Umbral Intensify] with [Carnis Carapace] or [Gladiator Aegis].
