Aura
[Stand United], [Rejuvenation] and [Physique] can be swapped out based on perspective, as they all share the same polarity.
Survivability
[Vitality], [Hunter Adrenaline] and the [Regenerative Molt] augment work together to make [Saryn] stay up as long as possible. [Vitality] is chosen alone (rather than a shield multiplier) because it is paired with [Hunter Adrenaline]. This mod allows for you to gain energy based on "damage to health" so, with larger shields this mod would proc less. [Regenerative Molt] augment allows your Molt to works as an "oh shit" button, giving HoT based healing.
Range
Spores and Miasma are affected by range / radius / spread. More range = more targets = more damage. [Stretch] and [Augur Reach] give ability range.
Uptime
[Umbral Intensify] (or [Intensify]) and [Power Drift] affect [Saryn]'s spell power; the damage per second of Miasma and Spores, the status chance of Spores, and extra damage of Toxic Lash.
[Continuity] and [Streamline] affect the time required to refresh spells and how much they cost to refresh. Streamline is very useful for "DoT all the things" playstyle, as it allows you to chain-apply spores most readily. [Continuity] affects the stagger applied by Miasma, uptime of Toxic Slash, and lowers the decay rate of Spores.
