This build is based around getting very high strength and duration values (like all Chroma builds at the moment =/), while not completely ignoring efficiency. This means that you can sustain your energy easier.

If you want you can change the - polarity on streamline's slot to a V, and put hunter adrenaline/[Rage] there or even [Primed Continuity] (You will have to take a rank or two off another mod though to fit a max rank [Primed Continuity]).

To further increase power strength you can also use the Pax Bolt Arcane for Kitguns (+30% power strength and efficiency on headshot kill, at max rank).
Including [Growing Power] this adds 55% power strength and 30% efficiency to the build.

You can now go one step further with the helminth system and add Empower (Helminth ability. I recommend replacing Spectral Scream for this as Effigy has a small credit bonus and some use in lower levels.

Empower Bugs:

• Sometimes when you get the max buffs with it they are then moved back down to modded power strength values after.

• It doesn't always stack with growing power and pax bolt

• If you don't get the max buffs with empower before recasting you cannot get them and the max buffs are reset to modded power strength values.

Maximum Buffs are as follows:
Base (309% Power Strength):
Scorn - 1082%
Fury - 850%

Growing Power Active on Cast (334% Power Strength):
Scorn - 1169%
Fury - 919%

Growing Power+Pax Bolt Active on cast (364% Power Strength):
Scorn - 1274%
Fury - 1001%

You could make an umbral build like this:
Maximum Buffs (Including Growing Power):

Scorn - 1208%
Fury - 949%
This may not seem like much of a change in percentage but the umbral mods will add extra health, armour, and sentient damage resistance.
