Swaps

Augur Reach + Narrow Minded + Fleeting Expertise-> [Augur Message] + [Adaptation] + [Streamline].
Increases survivability and increases range (145%) whilst costing some efficiency (75%). This is for those who like some range for the stun but don't mind losing efficiency to improve my Wisp Build 1 - Balanced Strength.
Transient Fortitude + Fleeting Expertise -> [Augur Secrets] + [Streamline].
Massive buff to duration (254%) at slightly lower strength (282%) and efficiency (75%). Good for when a long lasting buff is better, such as defections.
