This is a build I've crafted over time. I personally have a Riven with increased Crit Chance and Crit Damage with reduced Weapon Recoil, so I swapped in [Primed Magazine Warp]. Really, any mod can be used in that slot, and with that, [Primed Fast Hands] can also be interchangeable. Depends on how exactly you'd like to build it yourself. If you're really daring, you can even swap in [Vile Precision] as the Exilus mod.

Edit: so after trying [Vile Precision], it is what I feared it would be for the build: the reduction in fire rate is so much that it becomes disadvantageous. It removes the potential burst damage from the higher rate of fire while providing more precise fire. I will reiterate, I do have a Riven with so much reduced Recoil that it almost removes it entirely. With [Vile Precision], it is removed entirely. Along with that, the more precise fire paired with Hata Satya allows me to hit my max Crit Rate after about 60 or so successful shots. With [Primed Magazine Warp], I still have ~250 shots to spare at max Crit Rate (if I land all my shots). Without the Riven, it should be ~120 successful shots to hit max Crit Rate, leaving 190 to spare.

Point being, if you can get lucky like me and find a God Tier Riven for cheap, go for it because then [Soma Prime] will become the only weapon you ever need. Otherwise, this build can still carry you far. Put your own twist on it! [Primed Fast Hands] really can be swapped for a solid Riven or any mod you prefer.
