[Adaptation] because it works on shields.

Duration = more initial time on your 4 so you can get [Lasting Covenant] running, best time on your 3 and longer cc on 1 for tense moments
Range: Only downside is 1 and 3, but not really important so dont go too low
Efficiency: All you need is [Primed Flow] so you can get a lot back from your 3
Strength: This is the most important, but not because of his 4. No matter how much str, it caps at 50% cc and 200%cc headshots. But, it charges its 4 faster, Produces more energy on 3, More buffs on 2 and more shields on 1, so thats the most important one.

Shards: If you can, 4 reds for Str and 1 yellow for casting speed.
