With the rework actually being good and the Prime getting unvaulted soon (as of writing) I thought I'd take a crack at building this frame. Of course, [Vitality], [Physique] and [Steel Fiber] (Umbral if you have the Forma) make your survivability extremely high, especially combined with [Inaros]' new 3 and the HP [Regen] on his 1 and 2. I was initially going to Helminth his 1 in favor of Tharros to deal with Corpus but decided against it since you can just mod Toxin onto your weapons anyway. Desiccation with [Desiccation's Curse] opens enemies up to Finishers which can kill if your melee weapon is good and you hit enemies a few times to wear them down first (especially if you armor strip with 4) AND makes armor stripping groups easier with the new sand cats that spawn. [Archon Intensify] is used since you heal off half of your kit, so the uptime for the strength buff is very high. [Stretch] and [Cunning Drift] help with both your 2 (meaning it can be used to group more enemies) and the spread radius of your 4. [Hunter Adrenaline] procs off all damage (including Overguard) as of a recent hotfix. Duration isn't too important, thus [Transient Fortitude].

Shards:
2 Emerald for extra Corrosive stacks and full armor strip
3 Blue for more max energy (which is something this build otherwise lacks)

Arcane [Guardian] is pretty much used to boost your survivability to even more insane levels, but for the most part it's a flex slot.

The curse is real.
