Theoretically, this has less upfront damage than if sac steel was replaced with [Blood Rush] (math below), but it should more than make up for it with double the amount of procs.
At 12x combo, this build would have:
25 x (1 + 2.2 + 1.1 (from g.might)) = 107.5 (%) cc
Meaning we would have 92.5% chance of scoring a yellow crit and 7.5% chance of scoring an orange crit, and with 7.5x cd, the average total raw damage multiplication would be:
0.075 x (7.5 (the base hit) + 0.075 x 7.5 + 0.925 x 14 (the second hit)) + 0.925 x 14 = 14.526 times the base damage.
Applying the same formula to the scenario where we used [Blood Rush], thanks to which we would have 25 x 6.5 = 162.5 (%) cc, and we get 15.898 times the base damage, a substantial increase, but remember that this is only the base damage, meaning it would very likely be dwarved by the 2x status damage of melee duplicate.
