Haven't seen any build with Motus Setup and I personally dislike faction mods so here's a comfy alternative build.

This works good for both incarnon and non-incarnon modes, but incarnon is definitely superior in all aspects.

· EVOLUTION II (BLAZING BARREL): Increase damage by +2. On Firing: +5% multishot. Stacks up to 5x.
· EVOLUTION III (RAPID REINFORCEMENT): +60% reload speed.
· EVOLUTION IV (ELEMENTAL BALANCE): Increase Status Chance by +11.3%.

Evolution IV works in a weird way. In non-incarnon mode it increases only the +11.3% flat status chance, but in incarnon mode it increases +11.3% status chance per non-incarnon unmodded multishot (which is 12), for a total of +135.6% flat status chance increase, resulting in 181.6% base status chance. With [Motus Setup] active and all the other mods you'll have 726.4% status chance * 3 (most of the time you'll have close to 3 multishot with [Galvanized Hell] capped) = 2179.2%.

This is probably the most efficient build without a riven. If you can get a riven with any 2 of the modded stats in the build (toxin, cold, critical damage, critical chance or slash) you can use the free slot for [Vigilante Armaments] for making your multishot almost 4 (which makes the status chance per ammo expended 2905.6%).

I chose Primary Deadhead because the 4s of Merciless feel too short to keep up for me personally, feel free to switch for Merciless or Dexterity if it suits your gameplay better. Haven't really tried Blight nor Frostbite, don't think they would work any better though.
