Condition Overload Bond Primer

Because this build can't truly be understood without looking at the entire loadout, I'lI be sharing the same description across all items in my current loadout ([Volt Prime], [Diriga] + [Sweeper], [Acceltra Prime], [Epitaph], and [Reaper Prime]).

I built this loadout primarily for melee. The Speed ability dramatically increases [\[Volt\]](/items/arsenal/60/volt/)'s movement and melee attack speed, which deals obscene amounts of damage very quickly thanks to how quickly crit and damage modifiers stack up with [\[Blood Rush\]](/items/arsenal/345/blood-rush/) and [\[Condition Overload\]](/items/arsenal/360/condition-overload/). While Speed is going and [\[Diriga\]](/items/arsenal/2234/diriga/) is up, the minimum number of procs on enemies in melee range is 7 (IPS, Viral, Heat, Radiation, Electricity). [\[Diriga\]](/items/arsenal/2234/diriga/) procs the first 6 with [\[Arc Coil\]](/items/arsenal/226/arc-coil/) and [\[Manifold Bond\]](/items/arsenal/6271/manifold-bond/) and [\[Volt\]](/items/arsenal/60/volt/) procs Electricity with [\[Shocking Speed\]](/items/arsenal/196/shocking-speed/). [\[Diriga\]](/items/arsenal/2234/diriga/) can also add additional procs with [\[Momentous Bond\]](/items/arsenal/6273/momentous-bond/).

[\[Diriga\]](/items/arsenal/2234/diriga/) uses a bunch of Bond mods for synergy and support. Other than that, I just equipped it with other utility and survivability mods. [\[Sweeper\]](/items/arsenal/2258/sweeper/) has 4 elemental mods and fills in the rest of the space with 3 Vigilante mods and [\[Aero Periphery\]](/items/arsenal/2516/aero-periphery/), which are added for their set bonuses. Since I already run [\[Vigilante Supplies\]](/items/arsenal/699/vigilante-supplies/) on [\[Acceltra Prime\]](/items/arsenal/6474/acceltra-prime/), there's no need to also run it on [\[Sweeper\]](/items/arsenal/2258/sweeper/).

[\[Reaper Prime\]](/items/arsenal/1154/reaper-prime/) gets a max crit chance of 420% when factoring in the mods in it, but it can go even higher with Melee Animosity. With every single hit being a red crit once fully charged up and with the sheer number of attacks per second, this build annihilates in melee. [\[Discipline's Merit\]](/items/arsenal/6355/disciplines-merit/) allows me to throw out a Tennokai after 4 normal hits, which puts the total crit chance at just under 480% with max combo count stacks. If I decide to *not* do Tennokai when I get the chance and instead let the stacks build up, the total crit chance hits about 567%.

Reaper can also proc Toxin against shielded foes.

The highest amount of damage I've done so far with Reaper is just over 130,000,000. That was done with a slightly older version of this build at 11x combo without maxed Melee Animosity (current in-game build).

Of course, I can't always rely on melee. I back it up with Acceltra Prime (Viral) and Epitaph (Magnetic + Toxin). Acceltra is good as an all-around DPS machine and [\[Epitaph\]](/items/arsenal/5439/epitaph/) provides useful utility and backup priming. I'm not running the Galvanized crit mods on them because I'm honestly not good enough to guarantee all the headshot kills needed to make them worth using.
