There are better primers in the game, but this one is my favorite.

97.46% DR after Adaptation
88k EHP with high health regen. Each enemy killed should have between 50%-62% chance of dropping a health orb. The panzer heals by the amount of damage done by its spores. And healing return will give at least 33 health per enemy hit without priming.
