Primed Reach -> to compesate the negative trait of the Riven
Bonus i have: 90% Heavy Attack Efficiency so if i miss the Tenokai i wont lose the whole Combo Count

its very tight build and i would like to hear your opinions on it to try an improve it further if possible cause cmon this weapons is cool asf.
and yes im aware of the attack speed and i only use Warframes with ATK Speed buff or those who are capable of having Infused Helmint Warcry ability
