The Felarx invokes ancient times when aristocrats hunted game. For ceremonies, Orokin elites bred creatures reminiscent of game birds to reanimate cultural myths. They gave the Zariman crew Felarx and a brace of birds as a sign of acceptance into elite society. The brace of birds becomes a pair of pistols at the hands of the Void.

FIRE MODE
We are using the same polarities for a normal [Felarx] build so there will be some conflicting polarities in this build.
Mod for blast because we are stripping [Thumper]. Blast and elec get bonus dmg towards [Thumper]. Rad only gets dmg bonus unstripped. We still want [Atomic Fallout] bc it gives more raw dmg +magazine size.
Fractalized reset because we will not be procing any of the other arcanes. This is BiS because we will be casting abilities.
For Incarnon Evos we want
Evo 3: mounting momentum
Evo 4: Racking wrath
Evo 5: Devouring Attrition
Devouring procs on [Thumper] and therefore we will be using [Xata]. We want mounting because we will not be reloading via holster since we are going to be using [Volt] 2 which gives reload speed as well as fractalized reset. We will load a full mag in under 2 seconds and also gain a fire rate buff because of the evo.
