"Valkyr Gone Insane", no forma, Garuda

Simple, cheap Garuda build. WarCry/[Eternal War] feels good on her IMO.
At the level I am Seeking [Talons] doesn't feel as strong as [Dread] Mirror's projectile's ability to nuke, and seems somewhat redundant. (I know about Seeking [Talons] bleed). Subsuming WarCry, and replacing [Blending Talons] with [Eternal War] let me replace [Berserker Fury] with [Gladiator Might] on the [Talons], still get a speed increase, a debuff to enemies, more armor, and increase to the talon's crit multiplier. [Condition Overload] on the [Talons] and a stasis primer Dirija makes for the highest red crits I've hit yet.

Playstyle: Keep WarCry up, keep [Dread] Mirror up to block damage and build a charge, use Blood Altar and Blood Letting for energy, and honestly, fun. Let off [Dread] Mirrors charge as needed.
