You wanna make sure you are setting up killzones, the shrapnel 'nades do ok damage but I'd use the double ability strength activation on the [Blaze] Artillery, on targets already caught in the metal storm. For steel path you need to be making use of [Temporal Erosion] to start chipping away at armor.
