Riven mod, go for melee damage + critical damage with a negative. If no riven use [Spoiled Strike].
Viral since Melee Exposure gives us Corrosive too (YES THIS DOES WORK ON WHIPCLAW :O)

Unlike the [Gara] stat stick from my other build Gara Stat Stick, Khora´s Whipclaw scales with CC/CD etc. like a normal meele, that's why I build the weapon like this.
BUT IT DOES NOT WORK WITH [Condition Overload]

Only mods matter, not the base stats (so the low base critical chance doesn't make a difference) I picked the [Amphis] because of the high Riven disposition.

If no Riven, I suggest using: [Sacrificial Steel], [Gladiator Rush], [Drifting Contact] or [Molten Impact]
