For use with chroma prime since he increases base damage. With [Chroma] you can comfortably make it past level 500 steel path, if not using [Chroma] and using a GOOD Warframe replace Primary [Frostbite] with a damage arcane like Primary Merciless or Primary Deadhead rather than crit and multi. Could also replace [Shivering Contagion] with a flat damage mod and of course could remove [Critical Delay], [Primed Cryo Rounds] or [Vital Sense] with a good riven.

Might be worth to swap out Galvanized Aptitude with a regular flat damage mod if you aren't using a primer- however it will have a similar result after a few bullets hitting there target from the slash proc from Incarnon and cold so it might be fine as is. Note, might be worth swapping out [Shivering Contagion] with the new [Radiated Reload] if you feel comfortable with losing a bit of AOE crowd control from the loss.
