Personal redo of copy build specifically for the Indifference (elec quill).
Secondary Encumbered adds 5 more status effects for a total of 600% more damage via Galvanized Shot than the build is innately capable of, once all 13 proc. With multishot & forced procs in mind, comes out to around ~ 40% per shot, with each status having 7.7% chance to proc independent of the weapon's innate status.
With such a low chance for the 5 non-innate status, may not be worth it. If not, will switch to deadhead.
