this is the build i am currently using for plague star, you fill your incarnon gauge in the first few stages and hold onto it until the final stage and only use incarnon ammo on the lephantis heads, you will have enough from one bar to kill one head each time one spawns, unless you are like me and cant aim for shit and miss every shot when the orokin head does the sweep attack.
