Best focus school is unairu due to its first ability stripping all shields so those pesky corpus don't fuck with your abilitys, it also has a 100% armour strip for acolytes with its second ability, and swapping in and out of operator every 40s gives immunity to knockdown, slow and stagger. It also has the added bonus of giving some free armour to the Warframe.
