You reload 16 ammo instead of 12 ammo on kill, and going from 380% increased status chance to 320% increased status chance is offset by going from 120% to 100% viral, giving you more weighting for heat. You'll go from 115.2% status with 42.9% heat weighting to 100.8% status chance with 45.2% heat weighting, which results in approximately 10% less heat procs in exchange for 33.3% more ammo.

Riven should be crit damage plus attack speed and replace [Primed Target Cracker]. More crit chance if it's a 3 stat boosting riven.
