This build is used for my [Mesa Prime] build, found here.
This build give x9 initial combo for never even touching your melee for when paired with Secondary Outburst.

Mods

• The only mods needed are Covert Lethality & Corrupt Charge for the initial combo.
• Everything else is just for utility.

Melee Crescendo

• You don't need this max rank, but it allows you to get to a constant x12 combo extremely easily. The amount of finishers will depend on your Melee Crescendo's Rank.

Incarnon Evolutions

Evolution 1

Heavy attacking will activate Incarnon Form which is only used for the utility giving:

• +25% sprint speed
• +25% bullet jump
• [Dispatch Overdrive] & [Life Strike] are also in the build for heavy attack utility

Evolution 2: Gun & Blade

The main thing here is "On Primary Kill: +1 Initial Combo. Stacks up to 100x"

• Get kills with primary and get more initial combo for Secondary Outburst
• This permanent

Evolution 3: Adept Reflexes

• +20 Initial Combo
• Just more initial combo for Secondary Outburst

Evolution 4: Red Right Hand

• This doesn't matter but does provide some utility compared to other choices.
