[Astilla]'s guaranteed impact procs are synergistic with primary exhilarate in a big way, and she doesn't care much about my riven's status chance curse either. It just so happens that the damage output on this gun is pretty gnarly even without a damage arcane. Everything takes double damage all the time with molecular prime up anyway! Spam 4 amirite?
