So...
This fulmin build focuses more on its auto-mode, embracing the new changes to puncture and cold!!! If you aren't aware (I'm sure you, the experienced tenno, are, but for those who are new), puncture now gives a max 25% additive crit with max stacks of puncture, and 50% Crit damage for max stacks of cold.

MEANING!!!

The listed values above are NOT INCLUDING THE bonus 25% CC and 50% CD...
