+5 damage plus +8 damage on shield break (not many channeled abilities are available for every build)
+50% reload speed (literally 1 second reload cut off, the only problem that the gorgon had)
+12 status chance (more statuses mean more viral procs for galv gun-overload and helping it's early stage of damage)

After the changes done in the hotfix, the incarnon [Gorgon] is now less of a scam as you are able to automatically fire it rather than use it like an lenz
Primed shred might have some anti-synergy with the incarnon form as from i can tell from my incarnon [Braton Prime] being able to punch through with no AoE, it is only used because of primary fire... If not doing primed shred, vile acceleration is a other good option

Stabilizer is needed for pin-point accuracy along side deadhead
