-Use the Smite version corresponding to the faction you're facing & Spoiled Strike vs factions without a Smite.

-Arcanes
A) Warframe with the unranked [Combat Discipline] aura + Arcane Avenger (recommended because it buffs all your weapons): the best arcane is Melee Crescendo & 2 Mercy kills in the mission for 40 initial combo (3.0x heavy atk dmg). You get 60 initial combo (4.0x heavy atk dmg) at 5 Mercy kills but usually that's a waste of time.

B) Warframe with [Ready Steel] aura: Melee Duplicate for upgraded base crits (without needing to max [Corrupt Charge] beyond rank 2) or Melee Crescendo for 60 initial combo (4.0x heavy atk dmg) with 1 Mercy kill & 80 (5.0x heavy atk dmg) with 5.

C) Warframe with other aura: Melee Duplicate for sure.

-Exilus is preference between [Whirlwind] (increases both speed & range till 85m!) & dealing with Tennokai by precise aiming for the projectile to connect & then w8ing for the Tennokai indicator before detonating (Dreamer's Wrath).

BUILD DETAILS

-[Power Throw] can yield more damage than [Gladiator Might] if you keep melee clicked the entire time between catching the [Glaive] and throwing it again for the whole mission, but that's terrible gameplay & the weapon doesn't need it anywhere.
