Evolution II and Evolution III are buggy/gimmicky. Use whichever ones fit your playstyle.

Evolution IV has better options depending on the elements chosen and the build.

• Perk 1: Mounting Avalanche: On Killing Enemy With 3+ Cold Stacks: +15 Initial Combo for 10s. Stacks up to 4x.
  Gimmicky but decent on raw heavy attack damage builds.
• Perk 2: Absolute Valor: Increase Critical Chance by +25%.
  Best when used on raw critical damage builds.
• Perk 3: Red Right Hand: On First Attack With Primary Equipped: Increase Critical Damage by +2x.
  Gimmicky but strong on raw critical damage heavy attack builds.
