OK, the testing is finished and, in all honesty, I found out three things that are important here...
- This build can actually be fun!
- This build does NOT rely on Viral!
- This build does NOT need a bane mod!
So, instead of deciding between a Hemorrage or no Hemorrage build, it turns out that a Gas status build is about the most fun allowed by law! Well, not all laws, as this build is officially a walking [War] crime!
Finally, [Ruinous Extension] is a flex here, as it is not entirely necessary, however, it is a lot of fun! If you don't need that much fun in your life, save yourself a forma!

Incarnon Evolutions
For Evolution 2 go for Hoplite which gives +30 extra base damage on Shield Break (depleted to zero shields) if you play a shield gate build, or Paladin if you don't. Please note, at the time of writing NEITHER of these are working!
For Evolution 3 take the +7 range. That's it. Just that!
For Evolution 4 take Commodore's Fortune for a 19% increase to base critical damage. Again, there are no other choices here!
General Play Tips:
With a magazine capacity of 70, building the Incarnon charge is as simple as pointing roughly at head height and holding down the fire button! Once built, hit the charge button and enjoy the mess that you will make of any reasonable size room. To really enjoy the weapon, it is great for running Survival missions due to your ability to close group the enemies in a small space - Think corridor and something like Ensnare - which means that you can really up the Kills Per Minute!
Keep the comments friendly and, before you come ranting about hardly doing any damage with this build, throw some stacks on by killing a few enemies first, and then see what happens. I just two-shotted 20 x level 190 Corrupted Heavy Gunners with this!
