Q: Is this build viable for base Steel Path?
A: Yes, very viable even without armor stripping. Starts to fall off at lvl 3200.
Q: Why Secondary Dexterity?
A: I'm using [Glaive Prime] to kill the Enemies to boost my weapons damage and not really wasting incarnon mode. Use Secondary Deadhead if you're planning to use it as normal DPS.
Q: Riven recommendation?
A: Heat, CD, MS, -harmless
