Prelude of Might supposedly applies +3 base crit multiplier regardless of conditional crit chance based on duration e.g. [Galvanized Scope], which only applies on aiming down sight and requires direct headshot kills to build stacks to +320% CC.

This means you will be at almost 160% CC after full stacks of [Galvanized Scope], but retain the new base Crit Multiplier of 6.2, which becomes 13.64x after [Vital Sense]. Adding additional warframe crit dmg buffs can make this even more insane e.g. 200 strength Empowered quiver sets CD to 26x.

A Tier 1 yellow crit has a CD of 13.62x
A Tier 2 orange crit has a CD of 26.28x
