This build focuses on her 1st and 2nd skill for disruption vs Lvl 9999.
You can swap Molt Augmented for Arcane Strike.

For her passive I'd prefer her 3rd during disruption.

How to 1 shot demolisher with this build without armor strip:
1. Go invis
2. Cast 2 twice
3. Melee attack
4. Fire your primer (optional)
5. Melee attack then heavy attack
6. Press 4

For shards:
1. 2/3 yellow with cast speed
2. 1/2 blue with energy
3. 1/2 red with duration

Q: Recommended melee weapon for her?
A: [Tenet Livia], yes I know the stance is super shit. But it's the highest heavy attack multiplier in the game and it forces bleed. And any Tenet melee weapons has the ability to pause combo which is huge in disruption.

NOTE
This build also works in survival, tho I'd replace Expedite Suffering with Tharros Strike. Play style is activate 3, spam 1 then 2 then melee. Rinse and repeat
