Gameplay Loop

1. Activate Lycaht's [Hunt] then prime some enemies and kill them with melee attacks. This will give a constant supply of health orbs for [Health Conversion] to work and to supply you with energy with [Equilibrium].
2. Radial Blind a group then use a finisher on a blinded enemy to activate Arcane Ultimatum.
3. Use Radial Javelin on the blinded group to increase melee damage
4. Use [Exalted Blade] whenever you feel like it

Rinse and repeat steps 2 and 3

Weapons used

[Daikyu] with [Amalgam Serration] and [Daikyu] [Target Acquired] for sprint speed and life steal
[Epitaph] with secondary encumber for priming and energy generation with [Equilibrium] and lycath's [Hunt]
[Sepfahn] zaw built for exodia contagion
[Exalted Blade] built for corrosive and [Healing Return] for life steal

450 armor x 3 from [Health Conversion] = 1350 armor.
1200 armor from Arcane Ultimatum.
225 base armor
1350+1200+225= 2775 total armor or 90.2% Damage reduction

1200 HP from Arcane Blessing

Adaptation
Gives 90% DR to certain damage types

EHP calculation

1500 HP /((1-.902) * (1-.9)) = 153,061 Effective Hit Points

Archon shards

2 azure shards for more max energy giving us 100 more energy, bringing us to 525 Energy
2 crimson shards for melee crit damage giving us 50% more melee crit damage
1 amber shard for faster casting speed for radial blind and radial javelin

Alternative Options

Swap Arcane Ultimatum for Arcane [Guardian] if you don't want to use finishers every 45 seconds.
Swap [Blind Rage] for [Transient Fortitude] if the energy drain is too excessive for your liking.
Swap [Chromatic Blade] with [Stretch] for more range for blind and javelin. In javelin's case, it could get you more damage since it is based on how many enemies you hit.
Subsume lycath's [Hunt] over [Exalted Blade] if you want don't plan on using [Chromatic Blade].
[Steel Charge] can be swapped with [Brief Respite] to reset your shield gate with a decaying dragon key equipped.
