-Greater than Negative 50.1% Fire Rate is mandatory to get below 2.5 FR for Hemorrhage. Achievable through having a dual positive riven with -30.1% or higher + Critical Delay or triple positive with -50.1% FR or higher
-Can potentially 1 shot with priming and 2 shot without priming but the TTK is worse than the standard or general use builds that you just spray and pray.
-I borrowed the riven and tbh having negative impact or rivenless and putting Carnis Stinger is better if you really want slash procs instead of heat procs from Primed Heated Charge.
-Worth the try if you have the riven needed but this is just a meme build.
