[Limbo Prime] build for resource farming. Max range, max efficiency and [Flow] for a little more energy.
[Streamline] isn't maxed due to 175% efficiency cap, therefore past rank 2 it'll just be wasting points.
Arcane Energize for even more energy, Arcane Aegis for more survivability, but honestly neither are nessecary.

Just run around and spam Cataclysm.
