Time tested version of my Octavia all-rounder build, which I used for any activities long time. It has increased range, rather than classic such type builds, with help of what Mandachord covers larger area and redirecting more foes damage to itself, same as it kills larger area of mobs.

But main idea is distraction of foes, as high level mobs it won't kill fast enough, but you and your team then will be safe, while you all can dispatch those mobs easily.

Very important is ability duration as you probably don't wish to re-summon it very often and to focus on your personal goals in this game.
