It's better to not run [Sure Shot] as with it you [Reach] 111% status chance, where the 11% chance for the second proc cannot proc Encumber. Better to have the fire rate and multishot.

This build hits 118 status effects per second of shooting. For perspective [Kuva Nukor] without Encumber is 125 procs per second, and [Kuva Nukor] with Encumber is 131 procs per second. However, this can proc more types of status than the [Kuva Nukor] due to how Encumber works. Also this weapon is much better at priming enemies in a large AoE versus the [Kuva Nukor].
