Casting Combo:

Banish; Puts some enemies into rift

Surge*; Surges the rift enemies

Go into rift

Banish; Banishes them from rift doing radial banish (They'll likely be re-banished from other radial banishes)

Cataclysm; Makes an area in which you can effectively use [Rift Torrent] paired with Continuum

Surge; just to make sure everybody in the Cataclysm is surged

[Xata]'s Whisper ((if you have it, if not then just start killing)); gives you more damage and helps with eximus overguard

Then kill everybody in cataclysm

[Cataclysmic Continuum]; Helps with the duration of Cataclysm so you have more killing time

[Rift Torrent]; Can give you a great deal of extra damage to your guns, what this build is built around

Brief Respite; Is to abuse shield gating
