Playstyle
The core gameplay loop is to keep Silence (3) and Nourish (4) up at all times and use Sonar (2) whenever you're around enemies and above 200 energy to spread more weak spots. Stay close to team to let your team benefit from all your abilities. Use Sonic Boom (1) to restore shields when they break. Rely on primary and secondary weapons. Point is to kill before you're killed and avoid putting yourself in line of fire while massively buffing your team's damage output.
Build
Helminth
Nourish on 4. This provides you and team with energy restoration and a large weapon damage buff. This is the core of this particular build.
Stat Prioritization
Maximize strength while keeping enough effiicency and duration to keep the energy economy and gameplay loop comfortable. Some range is good to have for quality of life. Strength will boost Sonar's damage multiplier and Nourish's energy restoration and damage.
Aura & Exilus
Aura and exilus don't really matter here as long as you have a polarity-matching aura for the capacity it provides. For exilus you can forma to fit in something like Primed Sure Footed or Handspring to stay on your feet or the likes of Lightning Dash to move through levels a bit easier. Sonar provides [Enemy Radar].
Arcanes
Good options here include strength buffs like Molt Augmented, protective ones like Arcane Nullifier and most weapon-buffing Arcanes that do not trigger on damaged.
Archon Shards
I run a mix of Crimson Ability Strength and Amber Parkour Velocity. This is a great place to tweak the build to better fit your preferred style.
Other Options
You can swap Resonance for Sonic Fracture for armor strip. You can use Continuity instead of primed and Intensify instead of umbral. Brief Respite can be used instead of Augur Secrets.
