Not too complicated, this build relies on [Harrow], and and the fact that [Zymos] doubles its crit stats for the homing projectiles. No crit chance mods becuase it's not really worth it, you're already getting red crits from [Harrow] (and Arcane Avenger if you're using it), so it's better to just go with crit damage, multishot and slash procs

Note: for anyone who doesnt know, critical headshots get an additional 2x multiplier, so with a fully stacked [Zymos], a level 1 red crit would be 7.9(crit multiplier) x2 ([Zymos] double dipping for crit) x 4 ([Harrow]'s buff) x3 (from the normal headshot multiplier) x2 (from the critical headshot bonus)
