The build utilizes Vigilante Set to enchance crits for your primary weapons. And thanks to high base status change can apply useful status effects. I decided to go with cold because of announced improvements to Freeze effect (85% slow instead of 70%) and corrosive to strip enemies armor. You can swap [High Voltage] or Maligant Force to [Thermite Rounds] to get Radiation or Corrosive damage instead if it more sutable for you. Or even Rime Rounds. It is pretty flexible status type vise.

Continuous Misery / [Sinister Reach] is just some nice QOL which I can afford with only one forma. You can safely drop it and make this build formless.
