Hydroid - Pilfering

[Hydroid] [Pilfering Swarm] build for additional loot farming.

Gameplay
Prioritize doorway of a dead end room OUT of line of sight for enemy spawns
Utilize Undertow + Charged Tentacle Swarm to maximize range/damage
Tentacles do NOT need to killing blow for additional loot, only holding enemies.

Aura - 100% preference, some options are
Energy Siphon - Energy
Corrosive Projection - Damage
Steel Charge - Damage PLUS increased capacity for better modding

Arcanes - 100% preference, some options are
Energize - Energy
Grace - Healing, pop undertow and let it tick
Guardian - EHP if you have alternative healing

Umbral
[Steel Charge] provides enough capacity for Umbral Vitality, alternatively a Forma will even allow one less total Forma.

Ability Breakdown
1. Tempest Barrage - Salvo targeted area with water missiles for Impact/Knockdown
Hold to charge up to 200% damage/cost
Multi cast instances enabled
Strength - Damage
Range - Explosion Radius/ not area effect
Duration - Duration

  1. Tidal Surge - Move forward as invulnerable wave of water dragging enemies.
    Deals impact damage during wave, Slash upon end.
    Strength - Damage
    Range - Damage radius, NOT distance
    Duration - Speed traveled, NOT distance

  2. Undertow - Submerge into invulnerable pool of water damaging enemies within, modifying all other abilities cast during duration.
    Deals both base damage and % damage, as well as increasing damage per enemy affected.
    Primary attack will tentacle grab an enemy INTO the pool.
    Allies can damage the pool for 50% evenly distributed to all enemies within.
    Strength - Damage
    Range - Pool Radius + Tentacle Grab radius
    Duration - Energy cost per second

Modifies
Tempest Barrage - Affects enemies within.
Tidal Surge - Moves pool half the distance surge would
Tentacle Swarm - Centers Kraken on pool and spawns tentacles inside, deals 200% damage

  1. Tentacle Swarm - Summons [Kraken] to use tentacles to grab and damage enemies.
    Hold to charge, increasing tentacles spawned and radius for increased energy.
