Lycath's Wrath

Ok so maybe [Voruna] invis is bugged or there is something I don't understand... something very cringe I found out after posting this is (I thought) that 1.1x crit multiplier to get from 0.8x to 1.1x with [Power Drift] on her 1 meant my crits would essentially be unaffected, later I realised that [Glaive] with sac steel and [Blood Rush] should be reaching red crits not just yellow orange, so I hypothesised that the 1.1x crit instead meant that it was doing a -0.9x multiplier (which would be the cringe part because then I'd have to re-mod my config to be 100% strength), however after further testing, outside of invis I get easy red crits at 12x, but even with 200% strength and 4.0x multiplier on de-cloak, she still reverts to hitting yellow and orange crits from invis... so yeah builds seem to be fine and I guess invis maybe is bugged, if there's something I'm missing I wasn't able to find the problem so, wait for a hotfix to mention crit on invis for Voruna.

So, you need a Voruna build... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ebnWqYkyik&ab_channel=BloodWolf2609
Lycath's Glaive build: https://overframe.gg/build/397439/

Lycath's Wrath is based on [Voruna]'s 3rd passive giving 90% heavy attack efficiency for free, meaning that you can spam 12x heavy attacks almost indefinitely without sacrificing 2 mod slots. The main parts of this build are Rolling Guard, Brief Respite / Augur Set, Arcane [Fury], Arcane Strike, [Equilibrium], and the Naramon Focus Tree.

[Rolling Guard] and [Brief Respite] are normally mods that I personally only use if I am specifically looking to shield gate or prevent status effects in some way, however with the type of invisibility that [Voruna] has, the periods of invulnerability thanks to these mods is greatly exaggerated and makes her 10x better than the builds I tried without these mods. Outside of these 2 mods, [Primed Flow] is essentially required since her base energy can barely cast the full combo, and then the main priority is above 200% range for Ensnare and Raksh status spreading. [Archon Continuity] is the only Archon mod that is worth using on [Voruna] but it's is also entirely uneccessary (it'll apply 10 stacks of corrosive when you apply 10 stacks of toxin, so the only use case is getting lucky when you cast the ability a single time and proccing toxin but not corrosive out of the 5 elements that get chosen, therefore giving you 6 instead of 5). Power Drift is also used to get the de-cloak critical mutliplier above 1.0x instead of 0.8x.

The [Glaive] is your main source of damage so Arcane [Fury] is an easy choice. [Voruna]'s 3 with [Equilibrium] and companion's [Synth Fiber] also provides unlimited energy and as long is your 3 is active so Arcane Energize can be replaced pretty comfortably (its only real use would be quickly filling your energy from 0 at the start of a mission or after reviving). With Energize gone and your main goal being to keep the combo counter at 12x, Arcane Strike is used to get more hits in before having to go back to invis.

Naramon is a very integral part of this build, originally the idea was to use [Xoris] with no combo duration, but quickly switched to Naramon combo decay to get the best of both worlds. In doing so, Naramon also provided some extremely useful benefits, the 2 main ones being that if you ground slam in operator form you gain combo 2x faster for 20 seconds which is great for rebuilding combo after heavy throws, and if you use your operators 2nd ability, dash into an enemy, and use a finisher as the operator you also gain 50% crit chance for 40 seconds.

The most important part of this build is utilising Invis, [Rolling Guard], [Brief Respite], and Ensare to stay alive to keep combo efficiency high so you can constantly throw 12x glaives. The process is from invis > ensnare a group > apply status with 2 > spread status with a [Glaive] throw > invis again. This can be comfortably repeated and slowly lose combo multiplier, so if combo drops to around 6x you can instead from invis (make sure [Rolling Guard] is off CD) > ensnare a group > ground slam as operator > spam melee to build combo > when it gets dangerous [Rolling Guard] > invis again, the combo should be at 12x just from the 1 ground slam spam melee interaction and can go back to comfortably spamming heavy attacks. Spreading status is not as important in this build as the other [Voruna] build (linked below), the only reason is for recovering duration on [Voruna]'s 3. [Laetum]'s incarnon into an ensnared group is extremely effective at spreading status from 1 enemy to everyone else, and Cedo can be used as an energy-free way to [Recover] duration on your 3rd ability or set up a group for glaive explosions.
