TL;DR (will do a proper description later)

Full melee, [Combat Discipline] will make sure we are always getting the health orbs on kill, [Health Conversion] and [Equilibrium] will keep us 100% energy and with good armor, spam her 2 to move from group of enemies to group of enemies, helminth her 4 on preference Roar or Heat Elemental Ward are my preferences, have fun flattening everything on the way.
