2 Amber shards for a comfortable 50% more casting speed ( this eliminates the need for slotting in [Natural Talent] )
3 Crimson shards for more ability strength (you could get around 30 to 45 more ability strength depending if you have Tau forged shards)

• Why low duration? Spamming Lull and with the help of your seeking daggers will erode your restraint in no time!
• Fleeting Expertise to keep your Dagger charges always up without having to struggle with energy (and of course spamming Lull)
• Coil Horizon is on here as it procs electric which would activate [Archon Stretch]'s Energy [Regen]. It also of course serves as a good grouping ability to build up your serene storm's combo meter to get those red crits if you have a stat stick on you.
• [Growing Power] does proc from Serene Storm! though you'll have to recast it to benefit from the added ability strength, you'll at least have more dagger charges.
• [Archon Vitality] to increase the damage serene storm does when modded with heat damage.
